1.  View items within 3 price ranges.  Items below $5, $5-$10 and above $10.  Click the down arrow head beside "All prices" to select the desire price range and click GO to start search

2.  View items with certain description.  For example words like USB, thumb drive, pouch, watches, timer, non woven bag, umbrella, ball pen, roller ball pen, etc will list those items with the desired words in gift name or gift detail description.  Type the desire word into "the description" box and click GO to start search

3.  View items in various categories like Bags, IT Products, etc.  Click the down arrow head beside "=====All Categories =====" to select the desire category and click GO to start search

4.  Normally using one of the search above will still result in numerous gift suggestions.  To further narrow down, a combination of all the above can be used.  Set two or more desired parameters and then click GO to start search.
